Very sturdy, nice looking and functional!

We've had a gas fireplace now for over 25 years so when the decision to go electric came up I was a bit sceptical. I did a lot of research and in the end decided to go electric. The flames have come a long way over the years. Much more realistic than even 5 years ago. The unit we bought was good for our basement. Says it heats 1000 sq ft and it has lived up to it. Our Dimplex unit has definitely gone further in style and functionality than expected.

Did not know there was going to be that much assembly needed. However, I am a 68 yr old lady that loves a challenge. Was able to put it all together in about 3 1/2 hours. It's really beautiful! My 55" TV fits perfectly on top. Can hardly wait to show it off during the holidays!!!

It is nice to know that there is a product on the market that looks good,fits into a small space (trailer) and give a great sense of ambieonce. Thanks for this great product

I had been looking for the perfect media stand in my living room. Dimplex makes quality products & I would certainly stand behind the name. It's great for those quiet nights relaxing with good conversation and keeps the living room cozy during the winter where I have yet to use my heat.

Excellent service when I called and discussed options, pricing, shipping Reviews of product were helpful and accurate We are pleased with the purchase but would have appreciated the option of a trim package since our fireplace opening is a couple inches higher and wider than the unit. Heat output is a marginally less than expected. No complaints.
