Ordered furniture. Told item was back ordered. Tried to expedite, and told no. 2 days later items shipped and installed completely, prior to schedule. Poor communication, spectacular service.

I ordered a media console which was priced lower than anywhere else I could find. Once ordered, I received multiple communications/emails letting me know the status ... as well as ... being able to check status online. I do not use online ordering and prefer to connect with a live person rather than "pressing 74 to speak in Chinese" or similar answering recording. The customer service is beyond expectation. Despite a complex situation- I've needed a specific width of a sleeper, special color and by a certain deadline. The item I have been looking for turned out to be out of stock, and Alexandra went out of her way to assist me with every step from finding a replacement to the actual purchase. She has been the most helpful person I've encountered in any customer service, extremely patient, polite and cooperative. Alexandra's communication skills are excellent. She is very knowledgeable and willing to help in any aspect throughout the buying process. Extremely punctual with returning email correspondence and phone calls. Alexandra V. is a real asset to Sohomod company. She is very reliable and always ready to resolve any issue very efficiently and in timely fashion. Even I happen to find a better product in the future, I will still turn back to Sohomode just for customer service alone: each time it has been a wonderful experience. I Purchased these unique daybeds back in December and today ordered a second set for my daughter. They are the perfect beds because unlike a trundle bed the bottom bed will pop up to be the same height.
Also the mattresses are 9 inches thick and very comfortable. My family was very satisfied with the Alize day beds!

I love my Dimplex Fireplace! In the evening I like to read and with the fireplace on I can heat the living room to a cosy temperature without turning up the heat in the entire house. And the realistic flame makes me feel warm just looking at it! Several of my friends have purchased the fireplace after seeing mine. What a wonderful addition to my living room!

I use this as an additional heat source for my large living room. It works well to take the chill off and its flickering "flames" while not the most reaslitic are still nice to look at. And it's very dirable too!

I have always been a renter but longed for a place with a fireplace. I moved into a house rencently with a gas unit but it was removed as insurance wouldn't cover it. I didn't even know these electric units existed until I saw one at a friends house. I live on a budget and rarely pay retail for anything so when I saw this unit, I had to look twice at the price...too good to be true! I sought the advice of my Uncle because I have never been good at dimensions and wanted an idea of the size. To be honest, I wish it was a little bigger but don't let the size fool you. This unit heats my living room nicely and it's very relaxing at night to turn the lights off and look at the flame. I am pretty sure I will be puchasing another unit for the upstairs and perhaps I can wait a little longer before I have to turn my heat on and burn expensive oil. Living in New England where it seems to be cold more often than not these days, I think this unit will pay for itself several times over. I would highly recommend it.

we use it in our camper.... it fits in there really nice...on cold nights it really heats up everything including the floor and we really like this unit not only for it's representative fire but it's heat and great price.....a lot of people have commented positively on it.
