The table is very well designed and has a really clean look, though the wood/wenge do not wear well - even after a few days I have learned that a bit of water left on the table leaves a permanent mark. I would not recommend it in wood for an everyday table, as you would need coasters and covers to keep it nice. Delivery was odd, it did not come for a long time but when I finally left a message I got a call back from a delivery service and it came the next day. The table does not fit together cleanly and I will guess this is because the pieces have had many years to expand/contract separately even if it was cut to fit exactly back in 2008 when it was made. You can actually see through the joins and nothing is quite flush. All in all, I would say the table is beautifully designed and looks good if you don't look too closely, but I would try to buy one that has not been sitting in a warehouse for seven years! And I'd go with the gloss version if you want something that wipes up well.

I love my new desk! The quality is excellent for the price. You can move the desk via swivel base around the hutch for perfect placement in any area of the room or tuck away in a corner when not in use. Very sharp looking with the finish. Super happy. Wish I would have purchased my bedroom set from J&M design too.

Table is beautiful. Sections of wood combined with "rivers" of beautiful clear and cobalt blue crystals encased in a clear acrylic coating. Size is perfect at the end of a chair or couch, and is a heavy, substantial table. No cheap plastic here. I've already received several compliments on it.

The sofa bed it nice and firm as we wanted with nice wooden storage in both chase and sofa. It converts to twin size bed and also very easy to assemble. The delivery was quick and assembly was done by the delivery guy in no time. My only issues is the seat width is small so if u are used to deeper seat sofas this will be bit difficult to adjust for initial few days.

Things to note: it's extremely low to the ground; I expected it to be a lot more cushy than it is - it's quite firm. I wasn't sure how I felt about it initially, because I wanted something squishy and comfortable that I could just melt into. However, it's definitely grown on me, and the contour is great for supporting a lazy slouchy position. The couch aside, I also have to say that the Sohomod staff was extremely attentive to my needs, and worked as best they could with my building's very difficult management office. I've bought a number of things from sohomod, and have noted that their prices are consistently well below any others (several hundred cheaper than overstock on my bedroom set, for example). They definitely have a loyal customer in me. I would recommend them to anyone.
